This is a really fun and quirky session that I absolutely adore. I’ve always wanted to shoot in an orange grove, and I love the fun, whimsical, vintage nature of the clothes and makeup. This real senior session of Chantelle comes from Southern California photographer Logan of [Logan|Cole Photography]. Enjoy for a bit of late winter/early spring inspiration!
Tip from s+p Working with a makeup artist can be a fun experience for your client! Makeup for this session was done by Southern California artist, [Amy Clarke]. Photographers, find a makeup artist in your area to team up with to bring a fun new element to your portrait sessions! Seniors, have your makeup professionally done for your portraits so that you don’t have to worry about it!! If you are going to the makeup counter, or a local professional, we recommend having a consultation, or at least chatting in detail about the look you want, so you don’t arrive looking “overdone”, or not like yourself.

Outfit One I am loving the native vibe of the bright patterned red sweater mixed with chunky jewelry and tall boots. Keep the outfit simple, so the accessories really POP! Red Tribal Sweater, [LF] + Tank Top, [Urban Outfitters] + Jeggings + Boots, [Nordstrom] + Gold Ring, [ASOS] + Turquoise Ring, Vintage
Outfit Two This outfit works because all the pieces work in the same “era”. The big flow-y skirt, clogs, and vintage fur give if that 70s vibe. Dress + Faux Fur Jacket, [Anthropogie] + Clogs, [Zara] + Gold Ring, [ASOS] + Gold Key Ring, [House of Harlow]
Outfit Three Wedges paired with skinny jeans – my favorite! I love the simplicity of the black on black, paired with a cool vest, and bold jewelry. Black Shirt, [Fossil] + Jeggings, [Nordstrom] + Shaggy Fur Vest, [Zara] + Suede Wedge Booties, [Jeffrey Campbell] + Gold Key Ring, [House of Harlow]
